• Be part of a high-performing development team which is growing with new members
• Develop high-quality code on Python, C++, Golang and adhere to the VMware processes for product quality
• Maintain high quality of the deliverables and provide E2E CI/CD capability.
• Work in collaboration with quality assurance, user experience, technical documentation, customer support and other product teams
• Work with product and R&D management to analyze requirements and define technical solutions, write functional and design specifications
• Provide solutions for complex architectural and technical problems, propagate these solutions to other teams in the upgrade area
• Develop high-quality code and adhere to the VMware processes for product quality
• Provide estimates and plan deliveries in conjunction with the R&D manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant studies
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software Development
• Experience in Python programming
• Familiar in Golang is a plus
• Be familiar with at least one relational database such as Postgre SQL, MySQL, Oracle,
• Be familiar with at least one NoSQL database such as Redis Mongo DB
• Familiar in Linux Environment technology, debugging tools, familiar in Linux script writing. ( Shell , Python )
• Ability to use Jenkins, Docler and other tools to build CI/CD pipeline enviroment is preferred
